THE FOREST WILL NOT TOUCH YOU. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH
ACTORS, PROPS OR LIGHTS OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back, or neck problems or
other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure.
I understand that the event may contain insects and native plants. Therefore, I agree that I will stay on the
trail at all times.
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would cause my participation in this event
to be hazardous to myself or others. I understand there are inherent risks or injury when participating in this
haunt event. I am solely responsible for determining if I or my minor child are physically fit for this adventure.
If I am pregnant, disabled in any way or have recently suffered an illness or injury, I should have or did consult
a physician before participating in this haunt adventure.
I understand and agree that I am expected to exhibit appropriate behavior and to obey local, state, and
federal laws at all times during my attendance at this event. I understand I will be required to leave the
premises if my behavior is deemed to endanger the safety of other persons, the event facility or property. I
agree to indemnify the event owners and employees from any and all third party claims caused in whole or in
part by my negligence, intentional acts or behaviors.

We are not responsible for any personal injuries that may occur while walking
through the trail. There is the possibility of tripping or falling and you
acknowledge we are not responsible for any injuries as the result. You are giving
us your express permission to be touched, grabbed. That does not give you
permission to touch us back. We will not inflict actual physical violence. This is
